This man is a shark in the court room! He is respected by judges, DAs, court clerks, and jail officials not only in Chattanooga but also in the surrounding counties and cities. If your looking for an experienced lawyer that gets results then he's your guy! However, if your looking for constant communication and timely action then you may be disappointed. His office staff is super friendly and does what they can to help, but Mr. Duval does not reply to messages left till day before or say of court. If you want things done quickly money talks. He doesn't charge a lot and is really good at working with you on payment and won't charge more than you are able to pay. With that said the more and the often you pay makes a huge difference in the attention to and quality of your case proceedings.
