The UPS Store

The employees here are always friendly. I've not had any issues with parking or getting my vehicle in and out of the parking area. I am usually in the store and back out in less than 2 minutes. If there is a line, it moves quickly. Today there were at least 5 employees working, which means service is very fast. All employees were friendly and appeared to enjoy working there. It's the best UPS Store that I have visited.

Great staff, well organized. Amy and Nathaniel were amazing. Separate area where you can do your amazon returns, which greatly shortens lines, although they are always happy to help. Been coming here since I moved to Bristol almost 3 years ago.

All the staffs in volunteer parkway are friendly, accommodating and all out smile to greet you as soon as you enter the store! I love them because I don't feel judge or what so ever! They are simply the great! They make me feel good today!!! Thank you for all you do!

Zack actually came out to my car and help me carry in a whole bunch of bags. It was a smooth, easy process. They were all helpful and friendly.

Worst UPS store I've ever visited. Very unorganized. I should have went to another store because my important letter sent ended up going to the wrong destination and now taking much longer to get delivered to the correct address. This was sent as 1 day air and it has been 4 days now! Horrible store!
