I only called to try and set up an appointment and ask a couple of questions (including if he even took traffic ticket cases) and honestly I hung up within the first 21 seconds of speaking to him. Very rude and wouldn't recommend spending your money on someone who can't even have the common courtesy to be a respectable human.
