I worked with one of Don's associates instead of Don himself. My entire experience was aggravating, to say the least. The communication was absolutely terrible, constantly contradicting himself, ignoring calls and texts, and being blatantly wrong at times. It was very clear that I was not valued. I felt like I could have had a better outcome if I cut ties with my attorney and hired someone else. I did not feel valued or respected. I felt like I had to grab my attorney by the hand and drag him through the whole process even though it was my first time defending myself in court. So much more I could say, but I will never call this office again, and I will never recommend this attorney. Go elsewhere if you want strong representation. You won't get it here.

He's literally one of the best lawyers you could ask for seriously. He's straight to the point and simple as long as you do your part he will do everything in his power to help you. I had a simple and small charge but to me it was very big cause I never been in any trouble like that before. He made it easy and very simple to me. When he says he got you he literally means it just do your part. He's an amazing lawyer I promise you want regret it. Y.H

Don is hands down the best lawyer I've ever worked with! He is compassionate and cares about his clients. Always available, and reliable for questions. Don either himself or his associates Bo always showed up to every court appearance, a lot of them they showed up in my presence so I didn't have to miss work, Ultimately I was facing a felony charge I did not commit and Don got the charges fully dismissed. I wouldn't recommend any other lawyer besides Don & His team if you want real results and to feel confident through the process this is the Lawyer for you!!! My mother and I are truly blessed for Don who took us under his wing when we had no clue what to expect or what was going on!!! The BEST!!

DO NOT HIRE! We hired Mr. Himmelberg to handle a simple case for my boyfriend in April 2023 and aside from reporting himself as the attorney and ONE update to us, (which we had to call and text him several times to get) he has done nothing. He doesn't answer phone calls, text messages, or emails. He has even hung up on us when we try to call. He is disrespectful and uses language that is incredibly unprofessional; having once said when we were inquiring updates "pump the breaks and let me work the case" . If you're looking for an attentive and professional lawyer, do not hire this man.

I have so much gratitude for Don. Not only was he kind, supportive, and knowledgeable; he made a heavy situation much less stressful. I would be facing grand jury and some serious time without his aid. My public defender had told me I had little to no chance walking from this. If your freedom is on the line, if your right to adequate council has fallen in the lap of some "could care less" Public defender, make the best decision you can for yourself Call Don Himmelberg.
