I would not recommend Clair Reno or her firm to represent me nor anyone I know. My aunt retained this firm to help represent her in a divorce case. My aunt had previously had an aneurism that has clearly impacted their ability to make decisions and take care of herself. My aunt saught the help of Mrs. Reno, she ultimately loss her home in a foreclosure (to an associate of Mrs. Reno). They allowed my aunt to continue to stay in the home throughout the process then ultimately hit her with a $4,000.00 bill for remaining in the home. Mrs. Reno decided to settle the debt by having my aunt sign over the title of her car to her. Out of "the kindness of her heart" Mrs. Reno and her secretary moved my aunt out of her home, only after encouraging her not to take her valuables and furniture. My aunt was told to "take only what she needed". To say that this woman is a crook would be an understatement. My aunt later confessed to us that the firm would have her sign blank documents on occasions. My family is currently in the process of filing a complaint with The Board Of Professional Responsibility. Anyone considering using this firm should certainly proceed with caution.
