Just as a small critique: I was pretty frustrated at times with the lack of communication from Mr. Peel and/or the office. I would have like it if he or his office had initiated keeping me informed at least some of the time. I get that they're busy and cannot do that constantly, but I think it would be nice to do it a little more often. But overall, I had a positive experience.
