This review is for anyone who is in need of representation after a personal injury. This has been my first experience with being in a car wreck of a substantial magnitude outside of stock car racing where we are in safety gear such as roll bars, 5 points harness seat belts, helmets. No such devices in a 2007 Chevy Malibu. I was rear ended at 70 plus MPH pushed into the trailer of a semi truck then came to rest under a TN. over pass. With the help of good people they were able to get me out of the only seat not severely damaged and that was the driver seat tho the dash was pushed into my shins. Upon standing up the world started to spin violently to the right. I knew something was not right and stumbled to what was left of the front end of the car and sat down. I spent a night in the hospital before slowly making my way back home from TN, to Florida I was instructed by a Florida personal injury firm that I would need to contact a lawyer who was in TN. I looked over many pictures before settling on Aaron Woodard who appeared to me to be the best of those I had looked at. I was not incorrect. Mr. Woodard any time I called to ask a question answered my call. If not straight away within a few minutes. The attentiveness and patients I appreciated as I had sustained a concussion that caused focusing and computing information more challenging from one day to another. There were ok days and not so good days. Mr. Woodard has a darling of an assistant. Her name is Samantha (Sam) I am aware of several times I went on lengthly disertations about something or other sometimes in the early morning hours when most are asleep. Samantha would have replied to my TedTalk by the time I had awoke. Has talked to me on the phone as well and has been equally a big part in assisting me with questions, Dr appointments and any other care I would require. Samantha even was able to smooth over a chriro office incident where I had gone into the office and all but jumped the rails and was well on my way to a burning heap at the bottom of a cliff. Think of burning a bridge but in my case I also set the river on fire before contacting Samantha. This seems to happen with tramatic brain injuries. Samantha's professionalism and compassion is second to none. I suggested to Mr. Woodard that Samantha would need a raise after enduring my unpredictable state. Mr. Woodard replied with she is priceless and I do agree. Mr. Woodard and Samantha kept me up to date as things progressed on my behalf. It was the compassion that impressed me most when everyone else as soon as I was in a vulnerable state jumped ship.
