I own a Mercedes Benz and am a frequent visitor to Adishwar Auto Diagnostic Pvt Ltd, located at Bowenpally. I am sharing the worst experience faced with Mercedes Team today. Being a reputed senior consultant doctor and holding a vast network Pan India and I strongly advise not to indulge in any business with this company. Firstly, the call center team disturbed me with at least 10-15 calls requesting to send vehicle for service and none of them had basic courtesy to inform the client about the minimal diagnostic evaluation charges. They forcibly made me agree for car pickup for servicing. The pickup guy randomly got consent signed by my illiterate driver without informing him or owner of the vehicle about the minimal evaluation charges. They took the vehicle and logged in job card without my consent and later called and gave me a shocking estimation cost for which I was unprepared at the moment and requested them to send back the vehicle and planned to get it done after a week. To my utter shock, the team demanded 8,500/- just for their own benefit without understanding the actual reasons. I sent my associates physically to their place and made multiple requests explaining the reason behind, which all went in vain and they denied releasing my car holding it until I paid 8,000/- towards safety advance deposit to get deducted for future repairs. Their clear moto is to force the client to revisit them by holding safety deposit with them. If they have created some protocol, isn't their basic duty to call me and explain me about the minimal charges. They called me multiple times before picking my vehicle and forcefully held my vehicle without my consent. It is not the matter of amount that was charged, but the treatment a loyalty customer received from Mercedes Benz is something unfathomable. I strongly feel that many other clients might have faced this disservice before me. Finally, I sincerely believe that all Mercedes owners should be aware of the unscrupulous activities of the Adishwar Auto Diagnostic and be taken utmost care with such uncertainty. I also would give my strong recommendation not to avail any service or purchase from this particular showroom, when they dishonestly try to make money off their loyalty customers.
