I retained Ken Tschetter for a custody/visitation case. This guy was the biggest waste of time and money. I had to retain him for $2,000 dollars and then I got charged another $3,000 once the hearing was done. For $5,000 dollars all this guy did was side with the other party, argue with his client, did little to no research on the matter at hand, and was completely worthless in the courtroom. If you want an attorney to NOT represent your best interests then this is your guy. If you want some who WILL do the things they say then go find someone else because this guy simply isn't worth it.
