Whit is not the first real estate attorney ove used over the years, but he will definitely be the only one I use moving forward. Highly recommend his office to everyone. The staff was professional and polite. They are punctual and knowledgeable.

Whit Bishop just saved my bacon!! I received a call from a guy a couple of weeks ago that wanted to sell me his 4.89 acres of land in Spartanburg County, SC and we agreed on a price of $51,000. The seller lived out of state. I sent him by email the Purchase Agreement which he completed and returned to me. I submitted it to my attorney to get closing set up after doing all of my due diligence. The closing was scheduled for yesterday and I wired the money to Whit. Whit called me last night and told me something did not feel right about the seller. After some effort he was able to find out the property owner knew nothing about this sale. I had been had!!! The imposter that had been trying to sell the property even provided me and the Whit a copy of his driver license which had all of the real owners information but had the imposters picture, DOB, etc. on it. Whit had not wired the money to imposter yet, so the imposter did not get our money. When I think about how close I came to losing my $51,000, it makes me cringe. Can't recommend Whit highly enough.
