It took a little bit longer than what we all expected, but with how hard they was working for us About getting all the information and medical bills and going back-and-forth with the insurance Companies we was expecting it was going to take a awhile. Short story, me and my sister was involved in a very bad accident a guys ran a red light bc the Companies truck with a trailer on the back lost his brakes "as an there was no brakes when he went to hit the brakes" and hit the driver side between the quarter panel and door of my sister car, which I was driving. The driver didn't have no insurance but the company truck did, but they had crappy insurance which is why it took my case a little longer.. but Smith and Becky injury Kept us updated through the whole time even though we had to reach out to them a few times, but it's fine because we know how busy they get So I know they can't always quite get to us right then and there But even when we called, they kept us updated and let us know everything that was going on.
