They sent a private investigator to collect a signature for the sale of some properties and promised a fee. The closing on this property was almost a month ago. We have not received any payment. When we called them the first time after a couple of weeks, that said it would be sent out by the end of that week. Here we are a week later and no they tell us that there is no one in the office to write a check until next week. It's hard to believe that a lawyer doesn't have the resources to make a small payment like this. You can't trust them to do what they say. I will be posting more on this. The last promise made was Tuesday next week. Let's see if Mr. Todd Flippin of Holcombe Bomar, PA. can keep this one.
