We would recommend Mr. Cummings all day long!! My husband a veteran, former police officer, got very sick and no longer could work. this changed our lives tremendously. We didn't know what to do. We filed a Social Security claim and were told get an attorney asap. We called Mr. Cummings and he stepped in. He was very forthcoming and caring. Finally we were approved due to the due diligence of Mr. Cummings and his staff. They always called us back if we had questions, they never left us feeling like we didn't have someone on our side. I can not be more grateful to have Cummings and Lewis as attorneys to help me get my disability approved after nearly 4 years. I was denied of course the first time. But because of my continued condition, it was overlooked by the previous disability decision. I became homeless and sicker. They encouraged me to be patient and to trust the process. I hired Lewis March 2024 and was approved September 2025. Michelle ( parallel) Alley ( front desk) were so incredibly awesome with any questions and concerns I might have had. I was emailed immediately or called back immediately if I had concerns.
