I started using Donovan's services in 2019 and he was absolutely phenomenal. Now, it's a totally different tune. I've been emailing him all year about next steps with establishing my trust-no response. I also just made a request for something relatively simple. After multiple calls, messages, and literally having to come out of character for myself, I get a lackluster-my apologies email with notification that it will take 4 weeks to respond. I guarantee if I get a response to this review it will be one of the fastest I've received since 2019. I guess old clientele doesn't matter. Beware, a good start definitely does not mean a good finish with him.

Good Attorney to handle real estate transactions in SC and NC. I have used them multiple times with good excellent results. Donovan attends to closings personally, and will handle questions and concerns so that all parties are informed and comfortable to sign. He is also very familiar with trusts and that is a plus. Don't hesitate to use Steltzner Law, they are a good company that cares.
