I tried to see if Mr. McCoy could take a case that other attorneys were also interested in taking. They said there was a consultation fee, which was fine (but no other attorney needed to charge for this case). After waiting over a week for the scheduled consultation, they asked for any documents pertaining to the case a few hours prior to our call. Then they said the consultation fee would only cover reviewing these documents and I would have to pay more for the actual consultation. I heard good things about this attorney, but at the end of the day they were very difficult to get in touch with and ended up just wasting my time. I had only good experiences when attorney shopping, until I called McCoy. I can't comment on their work, only on the difficulty I had in trying to have a simple conversation with them.
