Jeffcoat Injury and Car Accident Lawyers - Orangeburg

In September of 2023, I hired Taylor Bell to be my defense lawyer. I had no previous charges on my record prior late August of 2023, so this should have been a simple case closed. Before signing a contract and paying a flat fee of $3500, he said he could get my case dismissed "no problem". After payment until now (October 2024), it has been evident I was simply a number of a client who gave him money. For Taylor Bell being a defense lawyer, once he saw my written statement (which was written when I was grieving my father who had not even passed 24 hours before that written statement) which shared my honesty, I was told I had no defense. I was never given updates from himself unless I was the one who reached out. Then, it would take much time after to receive a response. I regret calling Jeffcoat Lawfirm to hire Taylor Bell. That $3500 could have gone to something better such as Mission Lexington (who I donated to due to my required community service). I had explained my situation surrounding the case, and Taylor Bell still persisted to "wait out the victim" thinking they would drop the charges. If I had not hired Taylor Bell, my case would have been closed last year and I would have had more time with my last living parent who is currently dying from cancer (this last living parent resides with the "victim" who pressed charges with a no-contact order). As of October 14, 2024, I have not heard from Taylor Bell since June 2024, and I have yet to receive contact my case was closed from him.

This firm is awesome!! My attorney Taylor Bell honestly left me speechless. I was wrongly accused of a crime and arrested just to put "pressure" on someone else.
