I was facing an extremely challenging and difficult time in my life and was not always receiving good advice from others. Options seemed to be running out, but then I happened to hear a commercial on a Christian radio station that led me to the Steadman Law Firm. After the initial contact, a lot of my concerns had already been addressed within our very first conversation! They were extremely detailed and gathered the necessary information to let me know that I did still have options. Everyone was super insightful and empathetic to my circumstances, and I ended up retaining them within in our first in-person meeting. This is how comfortable they made me feel, but more importantly, they made me feel hopeful. The years of experience, professionalism, and knowledge they bring to the table is enough in itself, but I was even more impressed with the level of compassion and friendliness of their staff. I needed clarification on an issue and available options. I did a google search and liked what I read about this firm. i visited another firm prior, didn't feel comfortable, and there was a bit of a wait before I was seen. One visit to the Steadman office was all that was required, everything else was handled remotely which pleased me during the height of the covid season. All options/issues were clearly and patiently explained. All calls/emails were answered in a timely manner. The professional and friendly front office staff expertly lessoned my anxiety. I was brought to this law firm because of the reviews. In one of the most difficult times in my life, I needed to seek guidance on closing out a loved one's affairs. Richard Steadman was very personable and knowledgeable and I was very confident in his ability to assist me through this process. This means a lot as the process has just begun, but I'm certain he will make this a lot less painful than I initially thought. As this is not my expertise, I must be able to trust the advisement and guidance that I'm given, and thus far, he has proven to be the best person for the job. Also, I have to mention the gentlemen who greeted me on my arrival. He is an absolute pleasure! Meeting him first gave a great impression on what I was in store for. Please keep up the great work.
