I submitted a form on their website for a consultation. I received a prompt callback from an Indian callcenter. We went over everything, then he said he was going to see if this was a case they would take and hung up on me. I got repeated calls asking me to answer the same exact questions. I told them to stop calling me because they don't seem to communicate in house. I kept getting calls, multiple a day. They call and hang up then immediately call back. This happens multiple times a day. I have spoken to someone who sounds American, and told them to remove me from their list because they called me from another phone number. I've already blocked two because the calls WILL NOT STOP. Stay far away from this company. They will call you at the earliest possible time in the morning until the latest time at night. They will not remove you from their list. They will not honor your demands to stop calling; it is harassment to repeatedly call someone who has asked you to stop if you have no legitimate purpose to contact someone. I made it very clear, multiple times, that I am done trying with this company. If I receive one more call from them, I am going to the police and filing a lawsuit.

This law firm truly went above and beyond for me. They not only kept me informed every step of the way, but also checked in regularly to see how I was doing. I genuinely felt cared for throughout the entire process, not just like another case file. Stevanna and Julian were wonderful to work with, and I know several others behind the scenes contributed as well. I especially want to recognize Lawrence Fadoul, he patiently answered all of my questions, explained things in ways I could understand, and always followed up quickly if he needed to confirm something. Even though he's still finishing his path to becoming a lawyer and will take the bar next year, his professionalism, dedication, and compassion already shine through. I can't thank this team enough. If you're looking for a firm that combines skill with genuine care for their clients, I highly recommend them.

Surprised when I received a phone call from M&M right after I hit the send button on my pc. The lady on the other end was very kind and compassionate and asked me a lot of questions and I thought she was asking me all of the right ones for my case. She was very understanding and went through every detail of my experience. I'm glad I called M&M because I felt important and they were there for me and wanted me to get the help I needed! There's a lot of personal injury lawyers out there and advising on TV but for some reason it just felt right to call these people!!
