I enjoyed my time, and was so impressed that I referred them to my daughter, who was in need of a personal injury attorney. They've been very attentive to her when nobody else was! The zoom focus group is great. I actually prefer in person groups as there is more interaction and consensus about reasons for decisions made as a group but I've done several of these and they are always fascinating and enlightening.
