I am Vennie Lomelli THIS my experience with this gone rouge GAL Attorney Dorothy Allen Badger. Be warned and aware to the consumers who acquire her office services. This person should not be representing anyone's children in family court. If you are naive to facts of child safety It is best that you educate yourself especially if you have a contested case. I am very much aware of defamation of character. So if I assert something, I guarantee its fact and back by supporting evidence. If you get into conflict with this GAL the wrong way, Badger will take it very personally. it will show in GAL report. Vindictive temperament and disrespectful moments is held if you get on her bad side. Badger may not talk to everyone like this and its ok, However this is my experience. I had good faith in her in the beginning and attempted to utilized this GAL to keep me in line for the sake and best interest of the child. However there was inappropriate comments to deflect the health and safety of my child. A party of the case was tampering with the child's psychological and emotional value to turn the child against the other parent. The child was giving evidence of concerns of Child coaching, parental alienation, child coercion. . A parent had video evidence of concerns shows the stages of the child's behavior significantly changing and regressing from the normal behaviors of a child of naturally gravitating towards loving parents. One parent did not want this two parents but she wanted a replacement paramore. The child should love the benefit of two parent not just one. My whole initial intent was to protect my relationship with my child that was being severely poisoned by the other parent. Immediately after the order was signed there was immediate concerns present and they was recorded. A lot of personal researched was done (before the commencement of a temporary order) on parental alienation enough to be aware and be able to identify certain behaviors. My issue with this GAL was she was not protecting the best interest of the child. All she had to do was view the video which shows Parental Alienation. Explaining the videos reveals the impact of counter productive behaviors and endangerment to the child's right to love both parents not just one. I attempted to nip it in the bud. The GAL Badger stated, "Parental Alienation is hard to prove" I stated that i have video evidence where it shows the other parent behaviors and the impact it was having on the child has changed the child significantly through a course of time. GAL stated, "I dont have time for that" Then a request for a child forensic interviewer and she deflected that stating, "Oh it cost too much money" . So why wouldnt the GAL in the best interest of the child view videos the on going harm? RED FLAG This parent is always speaking on child best interest and not in the least surprised with Dorothy Badger negative report. Imagine that the GAL is suppose to be for the best interest of the child and you are concern about Severe Parental Alienation. And Allen Badger say not a professional to determine that even though she admitted that she had taken a comprehensive course in Parental Alienation. So then you inform Dorothy Allen Badger that you have videos So nothing is done in a timely and appropriately as the child has been mentally damaged. The child went from loving this parent to rejecting this parent. Disgusted with this GAL, the GAL finally decides to asks to see the videos after the fact after nearly two years has past and the damage to the child was already done. I am a unique parent I want to get along with the other parent for the sake of the child. The other parent does want get along with this parent or want this parent to interact interact with the child. I can not speak on how she represent clients as an attorney but be forewarned. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. I beg that no one should have to go through what this parent went through. This about the right of a child who best interest should have been placed first .
