After being involved in a car accident, I didn't know what to do! I was referred to Billy Monckton and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome! He and his paralegal, Laurie, went above and beyond to ensure that no stone was left unturned and we were compensated accordingly. All of the staff were always personable and professional. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
Would not recommend using this law firm. They seem to be more concerned about the money and not the clients well being. Did not fight for my sister-in-law at all. Would think the point of the lawyer is to work as hard as possible for the client. Would also think the benefit of a lawyer to clarify any misunderstanding or ignorance of the law. I feel like my brother paid $2500 for a lawyer to drive 10 miles and stand infront of the judge and not say anything.
