Initially things were good, but then when we needed further assistance with the original matter, we were completely ghosted. We called and left many messages and they just wouldn't return our phone calls. I would not recommend this law firm.

It was my experience, that Mr Boyd fails to inform or return calls to his clients, he asked for$10,000 payment to represent someone in court on a case in which we found out later he had colluded with the opposition attorney to force them to go into mediation which the client already knew would not work. At mediation, he asked for additional payment.After receiving payment he withdrew from the clients case and did not represent them. After this, all the records were retrieved from his office we found out how much he had colluded with the other attorney and said things that were not in the best interest of the client. If he couldnt do the job he shouldn't take the money! Instead he chose to take the money and withdrew for the case, and didn't appear for the next court date. Should have been a red flag in the very beginning when the client couldn't get a simple call back from him concerning issues about the case. If I would have been the client myself, I would have filed a complaint with the board. To at least let them know how he operates

Reese Boyd is a really nice guy. His staff is definitely there to help with whatever you need. Check out his radio show on Saturday mornings on 94.5 WTKN!

Mr. Boyd was very friendly and professional. He made you feel at ease and not like he was speaking to another lawyer or down to you like so many. Good results.

It's sad that you have to do this to get things done attention. But I am willing to write and share pictures of miscommunication and lack of work so this won't be just another "angry" customer. The lack of communication is such a HUGE disappointment
