My experience with King & Knobeloch was excellent. Attorney Knobeloch and Marcia were fantastic to work with. And this comes from someone who works in Real Estate, in another state, who bought a property in SC. I know a well run operation when I see it! Great job on our closing and an even better job on the follow up that was necessary after the closing! Thank you!

Mr. Knobeloch was extremely unprofessional, I can't speak on Mr. King as we did not work with him. Mr. Knobeloch omitted imperative information in his affidavits. Thankfully we had the proof to resolve those situations. The first time we met him, he was sweating profusely and acting erratically as if he were under the influence of something. It was very uncomfortable as he started undoing several buttons on his shirt. The second time we met him we witnessed him driving over a curb while trying to park several times, and this was an instance where he "forgot" some of what he witnessed. My child was extremely uncomfortable around him and begged not to have to speak to him anymore. On top of that, I paid every invoice upon receiving it, yet kept getting repeat ones. I would have to call their office and send proof of payment from my bank for them to mark the invoices as paid. I do NOT recommend using Mr. Knobeloch's services.
