Blair is an outstanding league scholar in estate planning. He helped us develop a sound plan and, at several points, identified additional areas for our consideration and review. Even when we asked questions outside of the normal "will/trust" arena (e.g. working with SC Dept of Revenue to report tax status), he excelled in providing spot-on information. Just an excellent experience with a knowledgable lawyer who will work to develop a Trust that will stand true for every conceivable family situation. And all our follow-up questions were handled promptly and thoroughly leaving little doubt we made the right choice working with Blair.

If you need legal services pertaining to trusts, wills, power of attorney, estate planning, or family court matters, you will do well to speak with Blair first! My impression is that he is not about chasing the dollar, but rather helping his clients achieve the greatest value for their dollar, and ultimate success in legal challenges. Blair was very responsive to our intial inquiry, as well as any subsequent questions we had. He listened to us!! And understood our concerns, and actually let us know our situation was not all that uncommon. Blair is very knowledgeable, but broke down the legal terms so that we both understood and could make the best decisions for us.
