Mr. Stewart assisted me on a car accident when I was struck by a driver who backed into my car while we were sitting at a stop light. After contacting Highway Patrol & their arrival I was notified that not only did driver not have a license tag nor driver license, he did not have insurance on his vehicle. The Patrolman advised me that his driving license and tag had been confiscated by the State and there were other issues. The driver was arrested at the scene. I contacted Mr. Stewart who came straight to me and gathered all the info needed to contact my insurance company. Altho I dud not think I had a case Mr. Stewart represented me and to my great relief he was able to get a very nice settlement and his bill as well as the physical therapy cost were all paid as well. Without his due diligence i would not have gotten any settlement and my bills were paid. Thank you very much.
