I had a bad experience working with this company, in particular with the lawyer CHAD PROPST, although everything started very well and the Chad told me very well how he was going to delve into my case. Well, as soon as it was time to work on my case, the Chad PROPST did nothing of what we agreed on. Then I asked him to terminate our contract and return my money, this clause is in our contract, but I have not received an answer to my messages about how to do this for 2.5 months. I called the main office of this company and a person who worked at the reception answered me, he promised me that he would definitely call me back a specialist to resolve this issue, so a week passed and no one called me back, then I called the main office again and asked to connect me with their manager. It was a great conversation with a voicemail to which I left my problem, my name and phone number, but even the manager of this company never called me back. I waste a lot of time and money on this company which turned out to be absolutely useless and plus it showed its bad attitude towards clients and as a result I had to hire another lawyer. As you can see in my case it is an absolutely negative experience and I would never advise you to use this company because even the management of this company does not want to solve problematic issues and meet the client expectations.
