Live and Learn....Make sure ALL bills and documents are collected, even if its a year later... I was in a wreck where another person was found at fault in June 2024. The case was settled in November 2024, and Prisma Health THEN generated a bill close to $6000 in June 2025. Mr. Langley explained that this was not normal and NOT TO CALL the hospital because HE would reach out for answers. I began getting letters from the hospital monthly from this point and I would reach out to Mr. Langley for answers and, IF he chose to pick up his pone or message, it was after several times reaching out to him, with the answer being the same, "this is weird and I'm not sure why this is the case". I asked whom I could call to find out my own information so I could PREVENT myself from being sent to collections, I was given 2 third party businesses whom "he spoke with", but I was still told NOT to reach out but that he would and for me to call back at in a couple of days to find out the verdict---I did this several times and no answer or text response for 1.5 weeks or better. WHEN I reached out the the 3rd parties handling my case, they BOTH explained that they had no recollection of my case nor did they speak to my attorney!! ...AND now I have been sent to collections! I'm normally not one to write reviews or agree that some lawyer's lie but this was truly and eye opener. It is ridiculous that he has came up with continual excuses and no answers--just be honest, if you don't have a clue what's going on and haven't spoke to anyone. Treat others the way you'd want to be treated and don't lead people on with no communication! It may not be much for Mr. Langley to come up and pay $6000, but it is for me, especially since this whole accident was not my fault! BUT I'm glad he got paid!
