I don't normally take the time to post reviews on here, especially with both of my arms/wrists/hand broken, but this business has gone above and beyond for me. I felt like they truly cared about me as a person and not just trying to make money off of me. Their legal work is top notch and customer service off the charts. From day one they have been fully engaged & on top of my case including checking on me personally to see how I am doing many times along the way. Thomas Gagne jumped on my case after a fall at Haywood Mall. He told me he had several cases with same fall on stairs and Haywood Mall was liable. He took pictures of my bruises and had x-rays of my knocked out teeth. He had his Secretary call and schedule Dentist, Doctor and Physical Therapy appointments for me. Told me no problem to pay out of pocket that I would be reimbursed and more. After months of draining my savings account paying all these bills, I suddenly get an impersonal letter saying he's dropping my case. I would understand if I had sued before or he found my claim to be false. He knew it was true and the other people that had fell due to a hazard at Haywood Mall, but dropped All our cases. That only leads us to one conclusion. I'll let You decide what that could have been. Beware: Do Not Recommend for hire.
