Paula Tambling and Ashley Riehl were on point and very clear with their communications. We appreciated their efforts to close within only 32 days of going under contract. Would recommend Wylie & Washburn as closing attorneys again.

Wonderful company, wonderful people! They were both kind and diligent. Buying a house is a stressful process in general and it was nice to sit in an office at the the end of such a hectic process with such kind people who evidently love The Lord. Highly recommend. Especially Peaches. She was our favorite.

I have been involved in a few real estate transactions on the buy and sell side but I have never see the level of incompetence combined with arrogance as I recently experienced with the florence office. Communication within their office is terrible. I received multiple conflicting e-mails from different members of their staff regarding my upcoming closing and when I called the managing attorney Jada to discuss and clear up the confusion, all she would do is interrupt as if what she had to say was more important that what I was trying to say. When I tried to point out the inconsistencies she would again interrupt by saying "We use the information that is given to us" and when I again tried to explain that it was not the case, she interrupted again. So having saved the e-mails sent by her and her staff I forwarded 3 different e-mails from her and two other staff members all showing different instructions, not once did she apologize or even acknowledge the problem but just moved on like nothing had been wrong. Another one of the issues was that the closing fee was higher on the closing statement than the quoted price. Again, no apology for over billing, just a curt e-mail with revised documents sent at the last minute while I was traveling to her office unable to print and sign. When we finally met in person, again not even a "sorry for the confusion" . Told to wait for her call after signing the closing documents to pick up the settlement check which was six figures, but because of the confusion of the paperwork I detailed above, she would not release the check. Think she called to explain and tell me not to wait around even though it was her office that caused the problem??? Nope! After and hour and a half I went back to the office and she had left for the day. Stay far away from this firm. There are a number of other firms better suited to help you. Its fairly obvious when reading some of the 5 star reviews, they are short and without detail and probably posted by employees. And please don't bother posting the canned responses I have read on your other reviews.
