If its important don't go here. I had a consultation schedule and was on a pretty tight timeline (which I made clear) but they said they had time to see me. Not long after I scheduled they asked to change the date - okay no issue. Then the day of the appointment they told me they didn't have time and to go elsewhere. Apparently this was the first time he looked at the schedule, don't mind that we rescheduled. Thanks for wasting my time and waiting until the last possible minute to tell me, that was time I could have been looking elsewhere. Avoid

Jack provided very prompt, professional service. My previous experiences with attorneys were never positive so I went in not expecting much. Jack is definitely an exception. He took time to explain my options, let me know what to expect, and helped to get a favorable outcome.

Before I actually chose to go with Hofler Law Firm I checked reviews of course and out of the maybe 5 or so I looked at, this Law Firm had completely 5 stars and I can completely understand why this is. From the moment my son and I stepped into his office, from the front door and all the way through, he and his staff were exceptionally phenomenal. Words can't express the gratitude that my son and I have for Jack as he handled my son's case with dignity and pride. We really appreciate how smoothly things went from start to finish. Jack explained everything that he was doing to us. Numerous emails, phone calls, text messages, you name it he did it. It didn't matter what time of day or night it was if we needed anything he was sure to be there to help us in every way. Jack was very thorough in explaining the process. He explained to us in the beginning that it may take some time it may not just depends on the case but I can't say anything bad about this Law Firm. I can truly say that he is a man to his words.
