I searched for weeks for an attorney near Greenville that would handle my case and finally I decided to search the low country and thankfully I decided to try my luck with Hays-Cauley. I contacted Penny Hayes-Cauley when my elderly mother found an erroneous account listed on her credit report. Despite the size of the company with whom we were dealing, Penny was not intimidated by them or dismissive of my mother's concerns. I am pleased to report that my mother was vindicated and awarded a settlement despite the ongoing initial objections of the company involved. My mother and I are so appreciative and greatly relieved. I can say from experience, Will Geddings is fantastic. He didn't drag anything out. It was cut and dry. My case was handled and settled in less time than I anticipated and in my favor. He even negotiated a better outcome than I requested! I had an issue with the purchase of a car and he gave good advice and it was easy to communicate with him(not his associate or other office personnel).
