Title Search fees are to high. Regardless of if you see them or not ("It's in the fine print" is what I was told after they charged me). Also when you try to contact them nobody is available. They were nice enough to overnight the refund but other than that pick another attorney that won't charge you $60 in processing fees and $300 for a title search if your JUST INTERESTED in buying a house. $360 for processing a payment is ridiculous.

We just finished the process of selling our house and used Guest and Brady at the request of the buyer. We got our final letter from them about a week before closing, stating that we would be receiving money back at closing. We get to the closing table, both parties sign all paperwork, we get the money wired to our account, and then the next day they call and say they made a mistake, and not only do we owe the entire amount back that was wired to us, but we also owe an additional $3,200. They did not take accountability for their mistakes, and and were borderline harrassing us with phone calls and emails to hurry up and get the money back to cover themselves. Terrible experience, terrible customer service, avoid at all cost!!!
