Carl Solomon's office had my case for 4 years. It went through multiple attorneys hands. One attorney was Robb Brown, Who was originally brought in from another attorney's office? He neglected my case so badly that I was informed by the next Attorney, that took over by the name of Chris Kenney that he was there to do damage control. However, working together with Chris became almost impossible as he told me this case was not what he was informed it was and he thought he was just there to settle and that my entire case had him pissed off with the work he had to put into it. In the end, Chris told me 11 days before we were scheduled to go to trial that if I did not settle, he was filing a motion and that they would be dropped from my case as my attorneys And that I would have to find new representation or push my case off again, which, because of my previous Attorney negligence, had been pushed off for several years at this point. I was extremely upset and emotional as the settlement being offered to me did not even reflect my economic damages of lost wages from my job. I reached out to Carl I wanted to speak with him. There was a meeting set up between myself, Carl and Chris which I would like to put out there, I had recorded so nobody can say I'm lying. I had been very emotional at the end of this case for numerous reasons, One of which nothing ever being fixed or right on my case, like my lost wages for the job I was never able to return to due to the permanent damage from the accident. During that meeting with Chris and Carl, explaining to them the stuff that they were missing and providing proof to Carl through email messages via me and Chris proving that he was lying saying he never knew any of that, He still agreed with Chris and allowed Chris to tell me that they understand I'm not happy about the settlement and why, but that at this point they were refusing to do anything else with my case and if I did not agree to settle for said amount they were filing a motion and dropping me. The lack of uncaring, negligence and laziness in this case was literally disgusting, especially after the amount of years they had it.
