My experience with the receptionist, Lauren, was very disappointing. When I initially called, I clearly stated that I wanted to schedule a consultation for a negligence case. She told me the firm does not handle negligence cases. I told her that the firm's website lists it as a service they provide. She ended up scheduling my consultation after that.
I also had to follow up on my own to request the Zoom link for the consultation. I gave her my email address, but I never received it.
Then, on the day of the appointment, Lauren called me at 12:34 PM--just 26 minutes before my 1 PM consultation--to let me know she had scheduled the wrong type of consultation. Instead of a negligence case, she had mistakenly booked a personal injury consultation. She then informed me that personal injury consultations are free but negligence consultation costs $250 and asked for payment. I did not move forward with the consultation due to the poor initial impressions of the firm.
Overall, the entire process felt unprofessional and disorganized from beginning to end.
