I am so glad that I got into contact with Mr. Berger and Mrs. Kimelman (And Ami!). Both were incredibly kind and professional the entire time they worked on my case and I was primarily in contact with Ms. Kimelman. I have no memory of my accident, and had no proof at first, so that made things more difficult.
