I maintain my right to write an honest review after my experience trying to seek consultation with Chase. My first scheduled appointment was made with a foreign intake contact whom I could barely understand. At the last minute, the appointment was rescheduled for a much later date. The time arrived, and I did not receive a call. Almost 15 minutes later I received an email from Chase indicating "call issues" but the email was still sent nearly 15 minutes late, regardless. This should have been the first red flag and I should not have proceeded further. I calmly stated my case facts and answered his questions as clearly as I could. At the end of it, Chase informed me it was not worth taking my case (even though I'm tangibly losing my 6 figure asset due to provable intentional negligence). When I tried to further explain my issue and my need for basic counsel to simply respond to a letter, he went SILENT over the phone and would not say anything to me! The level of professionalism here was beyond lacking, and the worst I've encountered in the industry. Consumer beware.
