This was the absolute most unprofessional experience I have ever had in any sort of business. I was left waiting for 15 minutes from an appointment that we had at two at 2:15. They had still not arrived from lunch. I was left sitting in a disorganized office with some gentleman in the back who was also very rude munching on pork rinds or something very loudly while I was waiting to be seen at my 2 o'clock appointment when I asked him could he find out what time they would be back He stated they get an hour for lunch. They left at one should be back anytime now again it's 215 at this time and my appointment was at 2.

This guy is very rude. We hired him to represent my daughter in a speeding violation. After hiring him his secretary recommended to just pay the fine. My wife tried calling for almost 2 weeks and they would never return her calls. When she finally reached him he was extremely rude. If necessary, represent yourself before you hire this idiot. He even stated that he wasn't sure that he could win in court...she was going 11 mph over.(she probably could have gotten it reduced herself) He doesn't even have faith in himself. So now, 3 days before her court date we do not have a lawyer. Thanks Melvin or Trey, whatever. You may want to find another job. (not sells!)

What a waste of my time!! In our search for a lawyer to close on property we were trying to purchase was stumbled across this gem of a law firm. I received a call back from what I thought was THEIR lawyers. She scheduled an appointment for us the following Friday at 10AM. I started trying to confirm the appoint 24 hours in advance just because I felt like something was not right since they promised to call me that week and I never heard anything. I was told for 2 days that the lawyer would call me back of course that never happened. My wife had already scheduled vacation to make the appointment so we decided to show up at 10AM as we were promised on the phone previously. I walked in the door to their office and it looked like a bomb went off inside papers all in the floor with a receptionist desk in the middle of the papers. I only hope nobody's personal info was out for the world to see in their floor. We arrived to the appoint about 15 mins early. The receptionist let us sit there till 10AM and I noticed she was texting on her phone, apparently with one of the lawyers when she looked up and ask who our appointment was with. I told her the name I was given on the phone and apparently that lawyer has not been with them for over a year, THIS IS THE LAWYER THAT THE SAME RECEPTIONIST HAD CALL ME BACK A WEEK BEFORE. I can tell you I was not happy but that would be a understatement. I can tell you this if you want no call backs, a receptionist who cannot confirm your appointments, and papers with your personal information laying on their floor then this is the perfect lawyer for you OR you could save yourself some trouble and go about 500 feet up the road to Spencer Law Firm. They took us in without an appointment and helped us almost immediately very friendly and the exact opposite of the experience you will have at Cockrell Law Excuse. Rating -2 out of 5 starts

If I could give a 0 star, I would. First of all, whoever is there is rude. You supposed to talk to clients with respect. They made a mistake on my paperwork. All they had to do was correct it. I kept calling to let them know, all I got was the run around. I was told the lawyer will get back to me weeks ago. I haven't heard nothing yet. It's a shame that I have to pay for a mistake that they made. Thanks for none of your time.

This is a very professional law office. They have helped my daughter with a personal injury case. I would recommend them to assist in any legal matters.
