William did my mediation and I was not impressed. He is bland and easy to quit and call a "impasse" when things get tough. He's the cheaper one but you get what you pay for. "I think can convince" is a phrase he kept using, so beware when using him.

In my experience, Mr. Phillips and his wife, Carole were only comfortable filing a simple, uncontested divorce (meaning that I'd walk away, even after a twenty five year marriage, without asking for a single penny from my (ex) husband at the time). So if you are seeking direction, support and representation, I would sincerely recommend finding another attorney. If dealing with a 401K Plan, their office does not want to process a QDRO, even when all the paperwork and details have already been completed by yourself and your (ex) spouse. I recommend doing your research and making sure you have an attorney working for you and who cares about what happens to you, especially long term! This office is interested in having you sign and walk away divorced, that's all and nothing more.

Mr. and Mrs. Phillips have been wonderful to me! I have never felt so heard by a lawyer, in a case. I have genuinely felt like he cares and wants to help me and my daughter in a family court situation. Professional, caring, and willing to go above and beyond. Highly recommend!

This lawyer is not a place you want representing you. It's a shame he has a law degree at all. I know that they have mistreated and flat out lied about and acted completely unprofessional and want to accuse people of being a certain way when said person has been the complete opposite. I'm starting to think they got there law degree from Walmart....... If you are reading this do your self a favor and find someone else to represent you.
