I have used Mike for many years. I have bought and sold multiple houses in Anderson and Mike always does the closing and he and his staff are so accommodating to all my needs. They are flexible and try to work around my schedule. An excellent real estate attorney!

UPDATE: Michael did personally get involved when he was told there was a problem and resolved the Deed issue by providing the promised Deed I had credit for and personally apologized for any inconvenience I encountered with his office. Star rating updated accordingly to how i feel overall about my experience. Steer clear of this office. Mike is a simple paper pusher who does not negotiate on your behalf when there is a problem. The staff does things last minute and then gets things wrong and doesn't fulfill promises made after the closing. They also never notified me that they were also representing the Seller until we were closing, which is why they didn't represent my interest when there were problems in the end with documents (utility bills) I wanted from Seller. Now I just called to get a Deed done that they told me I had a credit for at closing (after emailing for over a week being told they would get to it) and was told they know nothing about the credit for the Deed and actually wanted to charge me more than the original deed cost!! Mike doesn't look to retain good relationships with his clients and is a simple pay and go attorney.
