I was appointed to this service after filing for an emergency custody hearing due to concerns regarding my child's biological mother. Despite charging both of us $750 each, Ms. Kenyon provided no meaningful contribution to the case. The only service rendered was a 25-minute consultation--there were no home visits, no follow-ups, and she did not attend the final hearing. I was informed that a refund would be issued after the final hearing, based on the actual services provided. The hearing took place in December, and nearly four months have passed with no update on my refund status. This delay is entirely unacceptable. It is evident that without direct follow-up, there is no initiative on their part to fulfill their obligations.

She can't wait to take your money and harass you for more while her boss does not look out for your child's best interest and while her boss does the bare minimum (only 2 meetings with your kids over a 3 year case).
