Ms. Guynn is an unethical lawyer who lies about their practice to have unbiased advice when it comes to real estate dealings. She even put the wrong names on the refund check after the deal fell through due to her bias. I would highly recommend going elsewhere in the Aiken County area for an attorney! We have closed on two other properties in Aiken without issue, but Ms. Guynn was recommended by our mortgage broker!

Stay away from Ray Massey and his associates he's been lying to me as my lawyer for two and a half years doesn't answer my phone calls doesn't follow through with tasks. Lead my inheritance to an evil executor Zachary Moulton lost a 730,000 home in The inheritance and sold my father's 25,000 Mercedes for $5,000 sold my father's model A's for a couple thousand dollars a piece these men take no responsibility in their actions. They are men with eight year deg degrees with no common sense or common morals. He's been telling me for a year and a half I'm going to get a boat title that I've already paid for for a year and a half that I can't use this is how Ray Massey help set up my inheritance to go down.

Mr. Patterson is the best in my opinion I had two experiences with him, he is very polite, very professional, I recommend him % , my best experience in this place is with him.
