Mrs. Tribert is a very passionate attorney with a high desire to help others. She has a very special place in her heart to help with the welfare of children and their parents, who in turn are usually clients. She will fight for your best interests. In my experience she gave me excellent advice during a private child support recovery matter, reassured me about my rights or what may happen in a personal injury matter, and she helped me on an unrelated civil matter with superior guidance when I couldn't think. Today I did meet with Mrs.Tribert she asked her questions and then I had questions. She was very clear not sugarcoating anything for me. We talked about what could be the out come in many different ways I could take. This woman is not for the weak !! She even explained to be where I would need her and where I would not. I have never seen an attorney do that before. I will be working with her more.

I went in to get custody of my nephew and took my mom that has custody. My mom originally stated she would sign him over with no fight and I would pay for it. When we got there, Margaret only asked 4 questions that had nothing to do with anything, like where were we born. Then went to role playing a judge. When either of us tried to answer her, as an attorney, not a judge, she would interrupt and say that is not what you say to a judge. I'm not in court!!!! We are in an interview process!!! I am there getting legal advice from HER!!! Because she didn't like the answer, she accused us both of being rude and hostile. She never let either of us finish our answers or comments. We were there 10 min and she stood up and said no charge now leave. There was no conflict, and to be honest if there was, she of all people need to handle that. ESPECIALLY IN THE COURT ROOM!!! SHE HAS NO FIRE. I don't feel like she could handle conflict in the court room at all and I'm so glad she acted this way before entering into an agreement. GOOD RIDDONS!!! I will be sure to tell everyone on tik tok, Instagram, Facebook, friends, family, business partners and strangers.. Her husband is a GEM!!!! Very sweet and very personable. Don't know what he sees in her but that is their business. Just know that she does not have any fight in her and when battling in court you want a lion!!!!! She is a little kitten that can't handle conflict!! Guess what, that is what the court room lives by
