I highly recommend Tia! I had a divorce going on for 13 months. A trial date was set. I had previous attorneys on the case with no success. She was able to finish my divorce in one day! I was very happy with the outcome, which I thought would be impossible in my situation. She truly cares about her clients. Tia is the best lawyer around and I have dealt with quite a few lawyers. Do not waste your time, and most importantly, your money on hiring Tia. At first, she was great. She was very supportive and made it seem like she could take care of everything. As time went on, she turned into a completely different person. She did not keep me updated on anything related to my case, it took her weeks to reply to a simple email, and it was impossible to get her on the phone. When I finally was able to speak to her over the phone, I voiced my concerns. Tia became extremely defensive. She was very rude, condescending, and raised her voice at me. I was shocked! Two weeks before we were scheduled to go to court, she decided to withdraw herself from being my attorney and didn't bother to give me an explanation as to why. Instead, she made it seem like it was my fault. I felt like complete garbage and had no idea who to turn to or what to do next. I had to start all over again. It was terrible. I wish that there was an option to give Tia O stars, because that is exactly what she deserves.

Initially, Tia demonstrated commendable efforts to establish a conducive environment for my family's well-being throughout the divorce proceedings. However, as time progressed, it became increasingly challenging to establish effective communication with her. Despite my attempts to collaborate on the settlement plan prior to court hearings, she would only reach out to me a few days before, making it difficult for the opposition to adequately review and respond. Regrettably, our court appearances yielded minimal progress, consistently following a repetitive pattern. Given the immense emotional strain associated with divorce, living in a state of uncertainty was becoming increasingly burdensome. After experiencing this recurring issue for the fourth time, I respectfully requested that Tia allocate more time to my case before court. Surprisingly, she responded in a defensive manner and even resorted to yelling at me, placing the blame solely on my shoulders. Subsequently, she abruptly terminated our professional relationship, despite assuring me repeatedly that we would conclude the proceedings and reach a resolution. Throughout the entire process, I diligently provided Tia with all the necessary documents and diligently copied her on every correspondence, with the expectation that her guidance would steer me in the right direction if I happened to overlook any crucial aspects. Regrettably, I felt trapped in a never-ending cycle of divorce proceedings until I finally discovered the Assalone firm, comprising a team of highly skilled and professional individuals who were able to assist me in navigating this challenging process.

Consumer beware! I witnessed the performance or lack thereof first hand when my sister in law decided to hire this woman to represent her in a divorce. Terrible communication, documents provided to her were never submitted to opposing party, never fought for her client's interests, accrued a substantial billing for what I have no idea and then excused herself shortly before the hearing. My sister in law now has to scramble to look for another attorney in short period of time to pick up the pieces and finish what has already been a long drawn out process. I wish she did her research before hiring her because it appears this is a pattern based on other reviews. I strongly suggested my sister in law file a formal complaint so this doesn't happen to someone else. Absolutely horrific experience and shameful!

Easily the worst experience I've ever had working with an attorney. There was occasions where it would be more than 30 days before I would get a reply after numerous emails and voicemails..The only information that came in a timely manner was her billing which was considerable..It was clear to me from the beginning that she was easily outwitted by cocounsel at every turn. On top of everything else she's easily the biggest narcissist I've ever come in contact with. On two different occasions I simply questioned the Avenue in which we were going to attack our case to which the reply was answered with an unhinged screaming on her end..it was truly baffling..at the end she ended up abandoning the case one week before a trail.I found those actions to be completely unethical and I'm still considering filing a formal complaint
