Very unprofessional! Closing attorney was incredibly unprofessional during closing speaking negatively about LGBTQ support in school all without knowing she was speaking to the mother of a trans child. Hate speech has no place in a professional setting at all! This attorney then felt the need to threaten with a slander lawsuit with zero grounds at all. Looking at all of the 1 star reviews maybe I should've researched more before trusting the recommendation from the realtor. Do yourself a favor, if you are not a fan of hate speech, use a different firm!

Attorney Chris DePalo is one of the best real estate lawyers that I have ever dealt with. I have personally used his services lately and I am very impressed. He was extremely responsive and he handled my matters professionally and quickly. We ran into some roadblocks during the process, but Chris was able to handle them with ease.
