Three years ago I called this office after my mother passed, trying to help my elderly father, his client, get copies of estate documents. The attorney was rude, dismissive, and hung up on me. That wasn't a misunderstanding. That was his choice. His response didn't deny it. Instead, he leaned on legal technicalities and took shots at me for not being the client.
