Dussault and Zatir Law Offices

This was my first time having to deal with a personal injury lawyer, so I was a little nervous calling, but I'm glad I did. After getting rear-ended in the Providence Place Mall parking garage, I called the Dussault & Zatir Providence office and promptly heard back from Attorney Jim Dussault. He was very down to earth and easy to talk to. He came to meet me and we went over all of the details of the accident and injuries and got to work on my claim. Before I knew it, I had my settlement check and could begin to put the ordeal behind me. Jim and the folks in the D & Z office were all so friendly and made the whole experience less stressful. I would definitely use them again!

As an attorney i believe that an attorney should be responsive. I emailed them three times, left two phone messages, and faxed them my accident report, doctor's report and mri. They were suppose to get back by email. they did not. I won't change my rating. A simple no I am not interested in the case would have been sufficient. I will not waste my time even responding to their excuse I will simply delete it. I listened to their commercial and was impressed, but in reality it is not a commercial, but responsible behavior that counts with me
