My journey began over 3 years ago with this firm . I was introduced to Christine Piti . I was involved in a car accident and was not sure what to do . Right at the beginning she showed compassion towards my injuries as well as directing me on what to do next . There was never a time where I was rushed into any decisions but she always showed concern to my injuries and always told me quote ... "Just get better and take as much time as you need for it " . We spoke occasionally when I needed advice or to just give her an update but there was never a push to hurry up , she only gave advice that I needed and always reassured me not to worry about anything . After a year and a half of therapy and surgery again when we spoke her only words were to get better , don't worry about anything and assured me that everything would be ok . The issues dragged on for almost 3 years due to the injuries sustained in the accident but I never worried because she always settled me down . I manage a very large business with many employees that work for me and I would give anything to have a person like Christine on my team . Her personality was always reassuring . She always showed compassion towards me the client and my injuries . I would highly recommend this firm to anyone out there as well as giving them a perfect 5 or a perfect 10 . Whatever the highest number is , her and the firm deserve it . Most people don't like to get into a car accident but when you do it is great to have someone like Christine to be there to handle the insurance agencies who aren't really fighting for you. Christine goes above and beyond from the moment we contact her to the day everything is settled. Even after the dust has cleared and you have a question or find a discrepancy she is willing and able to resolve the issue.
