I was represented by this law firm in a custody battle. We got off to a great start but as soon as it became apparent that it wasn't going to be a quick case they started to drop the ball. A case that should've went on for a few months turned into a couple of years. This is because orders weren't written when they were supposed to be and these particular orders would have ruled in my favor. I found myself having to be on top of them more and more. So overall, they were not very attentive which caused problems for us. Eventually, I did get, in some sence, what I was looking for but it took way longer than it should have. There were mix ups with court dates, writing orders, content in the orders, payment issues., etc. I also retained them for another matter and it was never addressed and ultimately was told that they were going to just apply that to pay towards the current case that was ongoing. I paid prematurely on that and got burned.
