The secretary forgot to tell me my phone appointment was canceled after I waited an hour past my time I called her and all she said was she forgot to call me. I've called three times since about my will which was as simple as you can have and here it is almost 8 weeks later and still don't have it and after 3 calls asking about it she always says she will call me back and never has.if I could give zero stars I would. Very unprofessional and a secretary, who always says she'll call you back and never does who can't remember to tell you that your phone consultation was canceled and who wasn't even very polite when I walked into the office with the deed to my house. It's been 2 1/2 months and I still don't have my will. I am taking my business elsewhere

I wish I found this law firm before I used the one that I did. Mr Lefefvre reviewed my case afterwards and not only gave me all the time it would take to explain the pain staking review of my prior case, but only 10 minutes into the conversation I knew he and his firm is whom I wish I had. I had 2 attorneys basically working on my case and the details and errors, Mr Lefebvre pointed out to me that my attorneys missed or never thought of was disheartening. Mr Lefebvres knowledge and ability to explain things to you piece by piece, helps you understand the entire process. You feel COMFORTABLE instantly and that alone helps with the process.
