I wish saw this when I had Steve help me 3 years ago. Would have put in review then. Steve isn't a beat around the bush kind of guy, right to the point. I told him what i needed to do. I wanted them out but i wasn't throwing them out. I was willing to wait until they found something. I'm not that mean. Met him once, at courthouse. I never had to go into court room. Whole process took about maybe 6 months. They moved out 1 month from going to court. Very happy with his services. I did recommend him to couple of other people and they were very happy also.

Steve handles all of our evictions for good reason. He is prompt, efficient, and fair. If you want a hassle free eviction experience there is no better person to call. Steve specializes in evictions so you aren't getting part time service from an attorney who dabbles in this. Steve knows all the Ins and outs. Great job

As a landlord, Conti Law has been a huge help to me. Steve Conti has assisted me with two evictions and has been extremely professional, responsive and communicative with me. It is such a relief to have a lifeline to call on in this business when it seems like I'm about to start losing money on investment property. I would recommend his service as a 10/10 if you have tenant/landlord issues and aren't sure where to start.

I reached out to Mr. Conti by a recommendation and unfortunately the experience went very poorly. I barely got a chance to explain my situation with my tenants to him or his paralegal. They offered me templates that I found out I did not need because I wasn't given the chance to review them before purchase. I was a little bit pressured and felt taken advantage of. I was told my vacancy letter that I already provided was wrong and Mr. Conti raised his voice at me and would not let me speak when I called to try to resolve this issue. Treated me as if I'm the tenant who needs to be evicted. The next day I called a different lawyer who took all my info and has already filed what I need to resolve my situation with my tenants. Lawyers should practice customer service as well since you get paid well from your clients. Thank you for nothing, and you're welcome for the free $200 you got from us.

I honestly didn't know an eviction could be so smooth! Had a problematic tenant out in about a month. Wish I contacted Mr. Conti much sooner! Will be using Steve for all my eviction litigation.
